  • What is a holistic approach to health and wellness? A holistic approach is based on the knowledge the body can heal itself. By uncovering the root cause of many diseases and symptoms, we can aid you in giving your body the gentle nudge it needs to begin healing. We do this through diet, lifestyle, supplementation, mindset, and stress reduction techniques.

  • What types of clients do you work with? We work with anyone that desires to improve their health who is committed and willing to take steps to move forward. We are vested in your well-being and hope that you would be as well!

  • How do you work with clients remotely? We are available for consultations via Zoom or phone calls.

  • What types of testing do you offer? We offer a variety of functional testing including: Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis, Genetic testing, OAT, GI stool test, VCS testing and more. If there is a specific test you would like, please inquire.

  • How long does it take to see results from your program? Each person is different and each person's health issue is different. We can not guarantee results as a large part of your success is your follow through with the recommendations. If you desire to improve, we hope that you will be diligent and committed to following the recommendations laid out in your health plan.

  • How do you customize your programs for each client? Testing and obtaining your personal health history allows us to determine the underlying root cause of your current concerns. Each program is based on these two factors. That being said, we firmly believe in meeting you where "you're at". Each person comes to us in different stages of their health journey. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask!

  • Do you accept insurance? Insurance unfortunately does not accept us. Insurance in is the sick care business, where we are in well care. We will do our best to work with you and within your budget.

  • Do you accept FSA or HSA? We certainly do!

  • What is your cancellation policy? We understand life and time can get away from us. We kindly ask a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations.

  • How can I prepare for my initial consultation? Please have your questions ready and any pertinent information as to what your current concerns. We fully believe in working with the right clients - those that are motivated, driven, desire to feel better, and ready to take action.
